CNA Student Spotlight on Richard Biggs

CNA Student Spotlight on Richard Biggs

Richard Biggs signed up for MGA Academy’s certified nursing assistant program to help his son, who has epilepsy and autism. The class not only prepared Richard to provide care for his son, but it also helped his family connect with others in similar circumstances. Read below to find out what Richard had to say about the program.

I tell you, it was a life changing experience for me. I got to experience a whole world I knew nothing about, and left there with a great respect for the field. I picked MGA Academy because several other families recommended them.

The class was amazing and the two teachers, Jenni and Cindy, really complemented each other.  I have taken several different classes over the years and have never had teachers that could keep you so interested while lecturing…

Now that I have completed the class, I work for MGA Home Healthcare taking care of my son. I also made a lot of great friends while in the class and have been helping them out with their families and lives. There are some of them that I have gotten to be really good friends with, and we help each other out and talk almost on a daily basis. As I said, this class has changed my life for the better.
